Payment:
Purchase by check or money order should be made by email (donna@billychristopher.com) or by phone please call 623-581-8191. Orders being paid by personal check are subject to check clearance prior to shipping.
All transactions will be in U.S. dollars.

Customer is responsible for International duties & taxes.

Arizona residents will be charged sales tax.

Delivery:
Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery for Hawaii, Alaska and International orders.

Please allow 7-10 business days for in-stock items in the Continental U.S.

Additional delivery charges may apply outside the
Continental U.S.

Refund Policy:
Money back guarantee within 15 days of confirmed delivery less 10% restocking fee (minimum of $5.00).
Customer pays to ship product(s) back with tracking #.

Product(s) must be returned in good, working condition along with complete inserts and packaging (DVD amray box or VHS hard case).
Any refund on a purchase by a credit or debit card will go back to the same source (less 10% restocking fee).
Any refund on a purchase by a bank acct, Paypal balance or eCheck will go back to your Paypal account (less 10% restocking fee).
Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive the product(s) back for us to process a refund.
